Class 3A thoroughly enjoyed their trip to the Centre for Life. They learned how to ice skate which was great fun! The marshals helped us when we fell over and we just kept on trying.
We also had a look in the Science room where we saw a cold-sensitive camera and moved objects by manipulating the air around it. The dinosaur models were so realistic. We thought they might eat us!
Because we were so lucky, we even got to go on the motion ride and wore some super cool 4-D specs. Our seats moved as we went for a ride on the Polar Express. There was snow inside.
After lunch, we had a great time in the fossils workshop. We made our own fossils and saw some bones that were over a million years old! We also learned how to use a key to classify fossils!
The centre put on a fantastic science show for us. We saw water change colour and a woman hold fire without hurting herself! We were amazed! It was such a fantastic day, some of us even fell asleep on the way home. Please look at our fantastic pictures below.
