This term in Art and Design we are planning to make a clay tile so we had a go at practising our pottery skills!
We tried rolling by hand, flattening with tools, carving, smoothing and keying areas to join pieces together.
We enjoyed using clay and found it was very important not to dry it out by using our hands too much. Clay tools are really helpful!
