In our art lessons, we have been using a range of sketching pencils and techniques to improve our drawing skills. We have also been learning about a range of colours, particularly focussing on Henri Rousseau’s art. We are going to be recreating Henri Rousseau’s jungle paintings and today we used our sketching pencils to draw our jungle scene. The finished results are fantastic and we can’t wait to paint these in our next art lesson.
