We’ve created a new page on our website so that parents can find useful links and resources to help with well-being.
There are three videos on the page – one for primary children, one for older primary and secondary children and one for adults – which offer great ideas and advice to help deal with anxiety. We wanted to include support for all ages, as it is really important that we all look after ourselves, something it is easy to forget to do as a parent, when our lives are so busy, especially at the moment.
We’ll be posting new resources and links over the coming weeks, so do check out the page if you feel you’d like some help for you, your child or anyone else in your family.
