We want to take this opportunity to tell you more about Gateshead Council’s school holiday programme – BRIGHTENTHEDAY!!
So many children have joined in the Brighten the Day programme during the school holidays. The programme provides healthy food and fun activities for school aged children across Gateshead.
They are still planning the Christmas programme, and a comprehensive list of activities will be available on the Brighten the Day Website soon.
Christmas 2021: All FREE – food included.
- Christmas Fun days at Gateshead Leisure Centre 20th – 22nd December
- Christmas Pantomimes at 10 venues in Gateshead from 18th – 30th December
- Ice Skating at the Centre for Life 20th – 29th December
- Active Sports and Schools and local venues
- Community Groups delivering a range of fun activities for families
- Cook & east Boxes delivered to families on FSM
