In Geography, Year 6 have been looking closely at maps. They have been looking at the different areas certain maps show and how it could be useful. In small groups they have been able to discuss what key features they noticed on the maps or mapping tools. The children were able to identify areas that were local to them and landmarks that they recognised on the maps.
