We have been asked to circulate information to support parents and volunteers who may be interested in an information session at the Learning and Skills Gateshead Interchange, West Street (behind bus stand D) on Wednesday, 22nd June at 4pm. The session will give information on training, costs and government funding, including thresholds and conditions for free provision. Government funding is also available for 19+ learners wanting to enrol on their first level 3 qualification and where funding is not available there will be details of current learning loans and how to apply
Information will be available on a range of courses including:
- Level 1 Award / Certificate / Diploma in Caring for Children
- Level 2 Award in Support Work in Schools
- Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
- Level 2 Diploma for the Early Year’s Practitioner
- Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning in Schools
- Level 3 Diploma for the Early Year’s Practitioner (Early Educators)
