Hinduism in Year 3 has been amazing! Each week we start our lesson with the Aum sound and a lovely scent to remind us that we are about to learn. Did you know that Hindus have many Gods? They are called avatars and are believed to represent Brahman, The One True God, in many forms. From its heart in India, Hinduism has spread throughout the world and it has certainly captured the minds of the children. The stories of the Gods, the colourful murtis, the rituals of worship have all been part of our lessons which the children have thoroughly enjoyed.
