The children have been learning about the Jewish new year: Rosh Hashanah. At this time, God acts as a judge within the Torah and God records each person’s good deeds from that year. In small groups, the children sorted a selection of news articles actions and decided if they were good or bad deeds. Children were also learning to discuss their own good deeds, how we could make good decisions and how these decisions impacted ourselves and others.
