This week, during the ‘Let’s Connect’ campaign for children’s mental health we have been talking about the things that we can do to keep ourselves mentally healthy. There are lots of ways to help us including,  exercise, eating a balanced diet, drinking plenty of water and doing something we enjoy, good friendships, yoga, having a positive mindset, meditation and being outdoors in fresh air. These were only  a few of the ideas, but it has helped us to  realise that if we try and look after our bodies then this will help look after our minds.
