In year 6, we have just finished our Art unit, making Maya masks! We were very knowledgeable of the Maya’s as we have been learning about them in geography! In this unit, we learnt why they wore such masks and for what occasions. We then designed our very own mask and created it through Papier-mâché and used card for our mosaic pattern.
