To start our week of experiments, the children in nursery made chocolate stirrers for all the lovely mams as a special gift Mothers Day. We discussed how the chocolate was originally a solid but when we melted it, it became a liquid. The children counted out 5 marshmallows to help make the lollipop stick more stable and stick to the chocolate. We learnt lots of new scientific vocabulary and were super scientists. The children enjoyed making the present to give to theirs mams.
