Robotics Workshop
We had a great time at Robotics Workshop! During this workshop, we got the opportunity to programme our very own robots using a VexCode Programme to complete tasks. We began by getting our robots to do a simple task of just moving around a cube. However, by the end of the session we could advance our coding even further to get our robots through an obstacle course, where we could even get it to light up different colours and even say ‘Ta-Da!’ at the end.

Forest School
5A had a great time at Forest School this week! We loved spending the afternoon outdoors and worked well as a team. During the afternoon, we built dens, searched for minibeasts and made art using natural materials.
Creations to help Jim and the giant
We designed and created cup and string phones to help the giant communicate with Jim since Jim chopped the beanstalk down. We had great fun testing them to make sure they would be able to hear each other too!
