Today we were learning about our new artist- Wassily Kandinsky. We looked at pieces of his work and made our own pieces in a similar style. We learned that abstract art uses a range of lines, shapes and colours- often representing feelings and thoughts rather than images of everyday objects. Our highlight was making a class artwork on the yard- using bold coloured chalks.
