This week we have been focusing on different ways to keep happy and healthy minds, including sharing things that that make us happy, discussions around emotions and an active yoga story session.
Filling our bowls
Just like Handa we filled our bowls of our favourite fruit to make milkshakes to deliver to our friends. During our group times we discussed the differences between where we live and where Handa lives in Kenya.
