Following an amazing sports day on Friday, the yellow captain and vice captain proudly collected the trophy on behalf of their team- well done! The yellow team will be receiving a forest afternoon as their well-deserved reward.

Netball Success
We are incredibly proud of Alice- a Year 5 student- who has qualified for the County Netball Under 12s. This is a very impressive achievement within sport. Alice has undergone various qualifiers in order to reach this point; competing against very strong opponents....
Athletics Festival
On Friday, children from KS2 attended the Gateshead Athletics Festival. The children were absolutely fantastic! They competed against lots of others schools, showed brilliant sportsmanship and didn't let the afternoon rain put them off!
Practising for Sports Day
In Nursery we are preparing for PE lessons in Reception, and have been going to the hall and practising taking off socks and shoes. We then have been practising throwing, running, balancing and jumping for sports day.
Week 2 30 Days Wild
This weeks activities have included sowing some seeds to grow flowers, watching the birds and bees and outdoor Yoga and meditation.
Mini olympics
We had lots of fun in PE competing in a mini-olympics style session to debut our athletics skills.
