A maths discussion turned into planning a birthday picnic, you will never believe we recieved and read our very own invitation to Winnie the Pooh’s 100th birthday picnic. We made our own crowns from autumn leaves, spread hunny or jam onto bread to make sandwiches and enjoyed singing Happy Birthday. In the forest we found all of the characters by using and listening to our positional language we have been learning in maths. A great time celebrating.
