Science Week : Moon Boots
The children in nursery listened to the story Whatever Next, we then went outside and made our own moon boots to go to the moon. They were quite tricky to balance on and the children showed great resilience and determination to keep trying and balance....
STEM fun
We had a brilliant time visiting the STEM bus, dissecting daffodils and identifying the different key parts (stem, petals and stamen). We then were able to group them according to their parts and investigate them under a microscope and whilst using magnifying glasses.
Science Week : Pollution
The children in nursery listened to the story Clean Up, learning all about pollution. We then went to save the water animals formt he plastic pollution in our water tray.
