On Friday, children from KS2 attended the Gateshead Athletics Festival. The children were absolutely fantastic! They competed against lots of others schools, showed brilliant sportsmanship and didn’t let the afternoon rain put them off!
We took part in a minibeast hunt in our school grounds as part of our Science lesson. We enjoyed identifying different living things and their habitats.
What is the best thing to do on a windy day but make a kite! We made a kite shape decorated it and attached and adjusting string to see how high it could fly.
