We have been working hard in our English lessons, writing personal speeches about things and people we are proud of. We were all so brave and confident when delivering our speeches on stage to the rest of the class. Miss S was certainly very proud!

Sealed with a kiss

Today we visited the post box near our school to send a special card back home to our grown ups. On our way we looked at the different houses and buildings close to our school. We has a little stop in the bus stop and worked out where you can go from our village.

Making a castle

We created a castle for the giant, added beautiful flowers in flower boxes and decorated the castle to make it colourful. We hope he loves the castle.

A visitor came to see us…

We had a visitor come to Class 1 during the night, leaving footprints and a letter in our room. We replied to his letter and compared how big our feet are against the giant’s footprints.

We had an exciting delivery into class of the giant’s clothes and a parcel including a letter and our book ‘The Smartest Giant in Town’. We have loved trying on the giant’s clothes and seeing how big they are.
