Forest Fun
Year 4 had our first Forest School session of the year. It was so good. Crafts, cooking, games, whittling, sawing , den building, you name it we did it!
Super Science
We have been LOVING our new Science unit. It is all about humans and other animals. We have learned all about the digestive system and all about our teeth and what their names and jobs are. Year 4 are doctors and dentists in the making!
How do you find 1, 10, 100, 1,000 more or less?
We have been using our knowledge of place value to find 1, 10, 100, 1000 more or less of numbers beyond 1000. We used place value counters when it got tricky, especially when exchanging. We hope we don't get in trouble for drawing on the tables 🙂
