Odd socks day
We showed our support for anti-bullying week by wearing odd socks all day. We spoke about what bullying was and the importance of being kind and helping others.
Freeze framing
We read the story of the Smartest Giant in Town and thought about how the different animals felt before and after George’s help. We freeze framed how they might feel throughout. We also thought about the kindness George showed the animals and how we could replicate...
Dressing as the giant
We had a delivery of the Giant’s clothes in a suitcase to our classroom so we practised dressing up to see how smart we could look. We compared the items of clothing using ‘bigger than’ and ‘smaller than’.
Book Fair
Don’t forget the book fair is open each day from 8:30am-9:00am and again from 3:15pm-4:00pm. We look forward to seeing you there. .
1M Forest School
We thoroughly enjoyed Forest School, building obstacle courses and hunting for different leaves and mini beasts. It was quite windy but we had lots of fun.
