“The teachers work incredibly hard, my daughter is really happy here, communication is much better, the inspectors have not seen how much has happened and it was unfair how early they came after you had just starting in the role of Headteacher. The school has my full support. I was disappointed the report was so negative.”
“Our daughter is in year 5 and is LOVING her time in school! She is supported emotionally and both challenged by and engaged with her learning… this year she can’t wait to go to school each morning…”
“Our daughter is year 4 and loves coming to school. Every year her teachers and support staff have been fantastic, caring, hard working folks who were very focussed on the curriculum and have helped our daughter make good progress. They deserve praise and recognition for their efforts.”
“I’ve been on numerous school trips and visits with RGPS and the pupil’s behaviour is always outstanding.”
“At RGPS the atmosphere is lovely.”
“I feel really positive about the school.”
“As a family we are really pleased with the school environment, behaviour of the children and dedication of staff and feel the last report does a disservice to all that you are doing as staff and Governors for the school.”
“This is a brilliant school; my daughter is very happy. The staff are great… We fully support you and I wouldn’t send my daughter here if it wasn’t a great school. You’ll be outstanding in no time!”
“I think the school has improved a great deal. I have 2 children currently attending who are happy, confident and progressing well within the school. The teaching staff I find to be committed and are putting all efforts into the children and their learning.”
“The school is a very positive place and I am sure that with a different inspector the result would have been far more positive. I would like to thank all of the staff for their efforts to ensure that my children are happy and progressing well with their learning.”
“I just wanted to say thank you and how overwhelmingly grateful I am with the support and individual care that my son has received in school. To me, it is this holistic approach to the well being and education of our children that it is of the utmost importance.”
“I am so very impressed and warmed by the attention and care that my son’s teacher and the deputy headteacher have given him and to how supported we feel as a family. I have no doubt that we will also be sending our daughter to Rowlands Gill Primary School, when she is old enough. We couldn’t praise your fantastic school and staff more and we know our children will be cared for and educated in a way that individually suits their needs so they can thrive to be their best selves within school.”
“In the time that our daughter has been in Reception it is clear that she is being well cared for and well. Her passion for practising her reading, writing and numeracy at home is wonderful to see. We are really happy with her progress, and very appreciative of the genuine effort of her teachers and the wider staff to look after her. Many thanks, and best of luck going forward!”
“We are all absolutely 100% behind you and the staff. Everyone has absolute confidence that the new Headteacher and Deputy headteacher are the right team to take the school forward.”
“Children are looked after by warm, caring adults.”
“My son has come on academically and grown in confidence at Rowlands Gill Primary and now actually wants to go to school…”
“Both my children are now excited to tell me about their days and eager to do their homework.”
“When I attended parents evening the meetings were constructive and the school just had a new feel and vibrancy to it.”
“Thank you for all the massive effort being undertaken to help our children.”
“I wanted you to know that I am very happy that my daughter attends RGPS and she loves being their too. You have a wonderful team.”
