Thanks to a generous contribution from the Friends of Rowlands Gill (our PTA), we have been able to purchase copies of the Happy Newspaper to use as morning jobs in the class.
The Happy Newspaper is aimed giving children access to positive news stories around the globe and is being used to raise the wellbeing of our pupils. So often the news is filled with doom and gloom, but there are actually some wonderful things going on that we feel are important for our pupils to know about.
So thank you very much to the Friends of Rowlands Gill for providing this wonderful opportunity for our pupils!
