We have had such a great geography lesson this afternoon! We used Google Maps to look at a satellite view of our local area and we spent some time exploring the map and we were able to find the muga, the field, the main road, the bus stop and many other physical and human features we pass every day. We then tried to recreate a satellite map of our local area (some of us chose to trace the original map and others found it easier to draw the map by copying).
