England Football Final on Sunday
As you will all be aware, it is 55 years since England were in a major football final and for some reason this is being played on a Sunday night!
I know that for the majority of our children they will not be interested in the football match but I also know that for others, they will want to stay up late to watch the whole game which may mean some tired children on Monday morning.
For this reason, on Monday morning I am temporarily extending the time that registers remain open, so that if your child arrives by 10.30am they will still receive their attendance mark. This means that if they have a late night on Sunday, they can have a lie-in and arrive by 10.30am fully refreshed for the day ahead. Children who are arriving late will need to be brought to the main entrance.
For children in 4B and 6B who are remote learning, the live lessons will not stream before 10.30am. Please check the class stream on Google Education for more information.
School will still open as normal for everyone (including the staff)! Next week is our Sports Week and everyday the children will be working on sports related activities. The first activity on Monday will be sports related so that anyone arriving late isn’t missing their core lesson for the day.
Let’s hope we are all celebrating a win!
