Year 6 have been to Thorp Academy’s sports field to day for an afternoon of sporting activities, along with more than 200 other children from nearby schools. They have worked with young sports leaders from Thorp Academy who put them through their paces with a carousel of over 20 different sports activities including goal scoring, hurdles, relay races and obstacle courses to name but a few. It was an afternoon full of fun that everyone enjoyed a great deal. Miss Winskill was very proud of the excellent behaviour our pupils displayed whilst there too!
