Some of our Year 6 children were lucky enough to take part in the Inter school Basketball event held at Thorp Academy on Wednesday afternoon. Each school played each other and games were then played for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. Our team played really well with some excellent attacking and shooting skills being demonstrated. They played well as a team, with interchanging groups of 5 for each match, whilst also showing their individual skills. They were thrilled to finish in 3rd place and should be very proud of themselves!
