After reading ‘The Lighthouse Keepers Lunch’ we decided what we would like in a packed lunch. Once everyone had decided the most popular item was a sandwich. We made a sandwich using ingredients, listening to instructions and discussing the process then used our imagination and built different ways of delivering our sandwich. The modes of delivery included a ferry, cars, a card and horse as well as replicating the way Mrs Grindling delivered the delicious lunch.
