Following all the hard work by pupils and staff, with lots of support from our grounds maintenance teams from Benchmark, and the caretaking staff from Equans last spring to repair and improve the Eco Garden in School we now have regular community volunteers who are coming to work with pupils and staff to look after the area. Today they replanted the area with bulbs ready for a lovely display in the spring time. Lintzford Garden Centre generously donated, compost, bulbs, tools and other items to support us in making the best of this learning environment for our school.
If you have any old garden tools, watering cans, wellies/boots (for planting up) we would be happy to take them off your hands to use in the eco garden. We also need compost, bulbs and seeds. Please contact the office if you have anything you think could help us out.
