Our last homework before half term.

English: We are going to be writing poems this week in school. What poems do you know? Can you find any you like? ( We all love Michael Rosen) Can you learn a short poem of by heart to perform for us? If you can’t find one that you like try and learn this silly one by my favourite poet Spike Milligan:

Spelling: Our spellings for next week are:
courageous, outrageous ( the last of the – ous words) and where, were and we’re .
Try and make sure you can spell the words but also that you can use them in a sentence correctly.
