Today we visited the post box near our school to send a special card back home to our grown ups. On our way we looked at the different houses and buildings close to our school. We has a little stop in the bus stop and worked out where you can go from our village.

Making a castle
We created a castle for the giant, added beautiful flowers in flower boxes and decorated the castle to make it colourful. We hope he loves the castle.

A visitor came to see us…
We had a visitor come to Class 1 during the night, leaving footprints and a letter in our room. We replied to his letter and compared how big our feet are against the giant’s footprints.

We have been practising using scissors and developing cutting skills snipping different materials. The straws were great fun and kept popping off as we snipped.
