Deciduous or Evergreen?

We've had a hunt this afternoon for deciduous and evergreen trees. We looked on the floor for the leaves that had fallen from the deciduous trees and used these to help us to find the trees. We created a tally chart and a pictogram of our findings.

In maths today, we have been adding two 1-digit numbers together by finding ten first. This then helped us to find the total, as we didn't need to count every individual counter.
