Forest School
It's been 4B's turn to enjoy forest school again this week and we've had a great time. The children have been building shelters, making their own dyes and creating their own games.
Easter Egg Competition

Easter activities
We have had lots of fun decorating eggs, going on an Easter egg hunt as well as making Easter cards whilst learning about what Easter is and what Christians believe. Happy Easter from all of Year 1!

6A Easter Egg Entries 2022
On your marks….egg set…..go!
In teams we worked to collect all 105 eggs. There were team prizes for; good listening, good communication, collecting the most eggs in their nest and the team who worked best overall as a team.
Easter traditions
This morning we shared the Easter story and discussed why we have hot cross buns traditionally around Easter time. We also recognised the egg being similar to the stone in front of Jesus’ tomb.

Making boomerangs
We have been learning all about Australia and studying Emily Kame Kngwarreye who is an Aboriginal Australian artist. We learnt about what the patterns and dots mean and which colours would be used to create our very own boomerangs.
Easter Activities
We have enjoyed lots of fun Easter activities whilst learning about what Easter is and what Christians believe. Happy Easter from all of Year 2!
