SATS Dates 2020
SATS dates for 2020 are Monday 11th May to Thursday 14th May. We ask parents not to remove children from school before the SATS as this time is spent helping the children prepare and revise so they feel they are ready to give their best.

Ice Towers!
3L are learning about states of matter in Science and we have been discussing how temperature can affect liquids so they can change to solids and gases. The children have tried to build an ice tower and decide why their towers were melting!
Money Monday
Today, we started working with coins. We were looking at different ways to make amounts and ordering them from greatest to smallest. We particularly enjoyed making 'money men' and seeing which person was worth the most! .

Fun with Fractions!
Welcome to our 'pizza party'! We used our pizza cutter pens to split our whole pizzas into equal parts. As you can see, some of our pizzas were very tricky shapes. We worked hard to find ways to cut them so that everyone was happy with their slice!
