In lower key stage 3, we have been learning all about continents, countries and cities. We studied 3 cities around the world and learned all about their physical geography, climate and famous landmarks. With our knowledge, each class chose one city and made a presentation trying to persuade our audience to visit. Year 3 presented on Gateshead, Year 4 presented on Rio and Year 4/5 presented on Bologna. We had great fun sharing our findings. Year 3 managed to persuade our guest judge that Gateshead was the best place in the world to live while year 4 entertained their audience with a carnival dance. Year 4/5 even offered pizza as a traditional Italian snack!
