Thank you to everybody who has donated as part of our Harvest Festival celebrations. We have collected lots of food which will be donated to the Pickle Palace at Strathmore Road Church.
The Pickle Palace is a ‘Pay as you Feel’ market and local people can visit the church between 10.30am and 11.30am every Monday to access the market; there is no booking required.
Running alongside the market, the Pickle Palace has a ‘Pay as you Feel’ café which is open every Monday from 9am-1pm where breakfast or lunch is provided, and the Citizen’s Advice service are also there during these hours, should you need this service. The church is also a local warm space, so it plays a very important part in our local community and is a place to go to keep warm if you need it.
