We all had a great time celebrating VE Day in reception! All week the children discussed the theme of bravery as we remembered those from the war. We then helped to organise a street party to mark the occasion. Children helped by making biscuits, writing invitations to the party, we made Union Jack flags and even a jet plane out of a cardboard box and finally learnt the Lindy hop and performed it with the rest of the school.
