Our Class Blog
Christmas lunch
We all enjoyed our Christmas dinner in school today, celebrating with our friends with crackers, dinner and festive music.
Christmas Lunch
Santa Claus is coming to… Rowlands Gill!
We had a brilliant time with a very special visitor who told us all we were on the nice list. We enjoyed singing some Christmas songs with Santa Claus and we very kindly got a gift from him too.
Our ‘Journey to Bethlehem’
We really enjoyed a journey to Bethlehem at Strathmore Road Methodist Church and learning all about the nativity story, learning more about the different elements of the story and making different crafts at each station. Thank you to everyone at Strathmore Road...

Our Advent Wreath
In RE, we have been learning about the Christian celebration of advent and created our own advent ring, adding personal meanings to each candle.
Newsletter 11th December 2023
Please see below the latest Newsletter. It may take a little while to load. Please read everything carefully as once again there is a lot of information for parents/cares.
Artefacts from the past
We looked at different artefacts from the past and ordered them from the most recent to the least, including different events in history. We enjoyed learning how different pieces of technology have changed throughout the years.
Christmas Crafts
Christmas Jumper and Craft Day 🎄
The nursery children all wore their Christmas jumpers to our Christmas crafts day. Parents / carers and grown ups all helped to make some very festive decorations with the children.
