It was all go at Forest School this week. The children were able to whittle sticks, decorate and make flags, create a picture using leaves ( and a few googly eyes), make dens, bug hunt, dig in the mud, try to light a fire and best of all cooking on a fire! The joy on their faces as they had an absolutely amazing time was wonderful to see. So much fun and so much to find out. Some children were incredibly patient and resilient when creating their masterpieces in wood and firelihting.. Cooking cheese wraps on the campfire was a particular favourite and were eaten very quickly!
