Over the past weeks the children have been discussing relationships. They have been thinking about their own relationships with the people around them and why we appreciate them. They have looked at the people who help them and discussed why they appreciate them. There have been lots of people included,: parents, aunties, grandparents, other family members, sports coaches, teachers, teaching assistants. The list goes on. They have also been talking about how children’s lives are not all the same and that lives are different and trying to empathise and understand with those who have lives different to their own.
