This week we have enjoyed acting out the story in both PE and on our big stage. We also made Gingerbread Man shaped biscuits. They tasked delicious and gave us some great vocabulary for our writing.
Linked to 30 days wild, we adapted ‘We are going on a bear hunt’ to our very own version of ‘We are going on a bug hunt’. We searched all over the school grounds and found out that bugs like cold, damp and wet places.
As part of our new English unit, we are going to be learning about why George made such a disgusting medicine for his Grandma in Roald Dahl’s George’s Marvellous Medicine. Today, we had a try at making our very own! Yuck!
