Year 2 Sports Festival
On Wednesday, we attended a Sports Festival at Thorp Academy. Children took part in activities such as shadow boxing, long jump, gymnastics, running and circle games. They thoroughly enjoyed it, can you tell by their smiling faces?

We had a very important job to do this week... keep ice frozen for as long as possible! We tested different insulators to see which was the best at maintaining the temperature. We found that shredded paper was the best insulator.
