Snip, Snip, Snip ✂️
We have been practising how to hold our scissors properly and used them to cut paper, card and tissue. We cut along straight lines, wiggly lines and enjoyed doing small snips to make an octopus.
Shape Time
Year 4 have been working hard to learn more about 2d shapes. Ask us about angles, polygons, vertices and shape names. We have lots to share!
The Lighthouse Keepers Lunch

Multi-skills event
Today 14 children from Reception represented our school in the Gateshead Schools Partnership multi-skills event at Gateshead stadium. It was a super morning and we found the venue to be amazing. Lots of “wows” as we entered the stadium and saw the pitch and track.
