We have begun to group objects and label them using everyday objects around the room. We found different objects that could match the labels that we created.
Year 3 Coast Study field trip
The children really enjoyed their visit to Cullercoats. They were real live geographers navigating their way around the coastal town. From testing tides to surveying passers-by they showed they had the grit that geographers need. Well done kids!

Measuring and comparing
We measured each others heads, feet and hands and collected the data together. We compared whether if we had bigger hands that meant that we had bigger feet or not. We found out that the bigger feet you have generally meant you had bigger hands.
